Procenac was founded by entrepreneurs Dannielle Parker and Darin Dallimore, who know the passion that comes with wanting to take control of your career and financial future. They are also familiar with the fears, worries, and setbacks that only an entrepreneur can understand.
With over 40 years of combined experience in the accounting world working with many entrepreneurs, Dannielle and Darin are committed to providing you with unbeatable value and a proven method that will allow you to see the fruits (Profits) of your business.
Darin has over 17 years experience in professional accounting working with business owners and their businesses. He spent 5 years working with the international firm PwC before working for another 6 years at the regional firm Galusha Higgins & Galusha. Darin launched his own accounting firm, D2 Accounting Solutions, 6 years ago with the goal to provide a more holistic approach to his clients. Rather than only focus on taxes, Darin strives to help business owners see the whole picture regarding their business.
Born and raised in Idaho Falls, Darin is proud to call himself a native of Idaho. Darin attended Brigham Young University where he received both his undergraduate and graduate degrees in accounting.
Darin is a proud husband and father of three active children. Darin loves many outdoor activities, including fly fishing, hiking, camping, and hunting.
Dannielle has over 20 years of experience in corporate accounting working for Fortune 500 companies down to privately owned businesses. She understands what it takes to build, grow and scale a business and the systems necessary to make that happen with greater ease. Dannielle started her own accounting firm, Effortless Accounting, in 2018 with a desire to help small businesses find greater financial clarity to move forward with confidence in reaching their goals knowing that every business decision they make has a financial impact.
Down home country charm mixed with big business experience is what you will find in Dannielle, “quiet but strong”. Born and raised in southeast Idaho, Dannielle values honest and friendly relationships, working hard and integrity in everything. Believing that family is at the heart of life and society, Dannielle is a loyal wife and a proud mother of four children. She is also an adventurer when she gets the chance and enjoys doing crazy thrills, especially in the outdoors such as hiking, zip-lining, skydiving, cliff diving, hang-gliding or simply sitting enjoying the beauty of nature.
